We represent only recognized and trusted manufacturers of goulds pump units and most of our clients have already purchased from these manufacturers in the old traditional marketplace. Our close partnerships with recognized industry associations and industry experts add benefits to our end users. Our call center, our sales department, and our partners support our Website. Our online configuration and specification engine of goulds pump units replaces meetings, telephone calls, and faxes between buyers and sellers with a simple online streamlined process. Online order confirmation means you have less follow up to do. We provide online operating and maintenance instructions (OMI) for the goulds pump products we sell.
Small but versatile, the March Series 1 submersible pump can deliver a minimum of 1.7 GPM (7 LPM) up to 3.0 GPM (9 LPM). All Series 1 units are capable of serving applications with a maximum head of 4.5 ft. (1.3 m) at zero GPM (0 LPM). Applications include photographic processing equipment, refrigeration systems and water displays or fountains. Maximum recommended fluid temperatures are 190º F for open air models, or 130º F for a submersible pump model. Series 1 submersible pump units are available in both open air and epoxy clad models with a variety of options in both materials of construction and inlet and discharge ports.
The March magnetic drive pump is compact and adaptable to many applications. March Series 2 magnetic drive pump can deliver a maximum flow of 5.5GPM, 18.5 LPM and handle a maximum head of up to 13.5 ft.; 32 ft. when driven by an air motor. Applications include etching equipment, photographic and graphic arts processing equipment, garden fountains, ice flakers, plate processors and marine air conditioning 5 to 12,000 BTU. Maximum recommended fluid temperatures are 190F for open air models, or 130F for submersible models. March magnetic drive pump Series 2 are available in both open air (AC air cooled, BC fan cooled motor) and epoxy clad submersible (blue) models.
We supply an advanced transfer pump purchasing and servicing solution. We let you specify units yourself, saving time and reducing effort. We enable you to either purchase a transfer pump directly or to easily provide your purchasing departments with the exact information needed to buy the right part. We also enable your company multiple locations to centralize and consolidate their transfer pump buying. We provide you with accurate, up to date information about transfer pump parts and feedback from their users. We sell units for chemical, wastewater, sump, water, coolants and all other industrial process fluids. Our range covers all common types; centrifugal, diaphragm, vertical, magnetic drive, metering, drum, gear, multistage, self-priming, jet and ANSI.
A centrifugal pump consists of a set of rotating vanes, enclosed within a housing or casing, that are used to impart energy to a fluid through force. A centrifugal pump is one in which the pressure is developed wholly by force. The range of a centrifugal pump includes hydraulic driven, submersible, magnet drive and chemical. Any type of unit from multi stage and corrosion resistant to chemical and high pressure units can be sourced through us. Whether you are looking for a hydraulic, booster, water, chemical unit or a portable self priming centrifugal pump, we have one that will fit your specific needs.
Centrifugal pumps are often thought of as the simplest and most widely used of all the various types. Centrifugal pumps have a rotating impeller, within a casing, which imparts radial velocity to the liquid, which then exits the part by way of the discharge nozzle. The flow is smooth and will change according to the system backpressure. Some can handle suspended solids. Not inherently self priming can be adapted to be. Applications such as chemical transfer, wastewater, slurries, plating solutions, cooling systems, where a smooth, consistent flow rate is need. Many centrifugal pumps can handle liquids that are less viscous than water, up to 300 SSU on a practical basis.
The dewatering trash pump from Pacer is a self priming centrifugal unit that is light weight and chemically resistant for general service on water, salt water and mildly corrosive liquids containing solids. It is non-clog and will pass a solid one half the diameter of the suction port. The trash pump features a tough non metallic impeller, steel volute and wear plate with non metallic urethane coating. It has a 316 SS internal fastener and 304 SS quick release housing clamp. The housing is rugged glass reinforced polyester. The trash pump has a pressurized oil lubrication system that protects the hard silicon carbide shaft seal faces.
The SJE Rhombus 122 Duplex alternating sewage pump systems have a control panel for single phase units with override. They are designed to alternately control two 120, 208, or 240 VAC single phase pressures in water and sewage pump installations. The alternating action equalizes the units wear. In addition to the alternating mechanism control, these systems provide override control should either part fail. If an alarm condition occurs, an alarm switch activates the audio and visual alarm system. Common applications include unit chambers, lift stations, sump basins, and irrigation systems. The standard package for this sewage pump includes three 20 foot Sensor Float control switches, and a 3 year limited warranty.
An irrigation pump engineered by Griswold has the choice of electric or flexible coupled design. An irrigation pump is designed for outdoor use and has drain plugs for winterization after the end of the season. They are designed for a variety of applications. For example, they can be used for draining barges and tank cars, dewatering mines or underground storage facilities. Homeowners use them for sprinkler systems and swimming pools. It has a heavy duty rigid bracket that maintains perfect alignment between the unit and the motor. An irrigation pump comes with fast, positive priming, pressures in the case and in the volute are balanced during pumping, preventing any loss of capacity from recirculation.
A drum pump consist of both centrifugal and positive displacement. The application which they are designed for require that they have a small diameter, typically under 1.5 inches long in length with some reaching 72 inches, A drum pump is quite ergonomic to use and handle any clean liquid. A speed control knob, control the output flow and pressure. An optional electronic flow meter keeps track of fluid output and even shut down the motor at a preset amount. The motor attaches to the drum pump tube so one motor can easily be used on several different units. This prevents fluid contamination.
Small but versatile, march pump Series 1 can deliver a minimum of 1.7 GPM up to 3.0 GPM. All march pump Series 1 units are capable of serving applications with a maximum head of 4.5 ft. at zero GPM. Applications include photographic processing equipment, refrigeration systems and water displays or fountains. Maximum recommended fluid temperatures are 190º F (87º C) for open air models, or 130º F (55º C) for submersible models. March pump Series 1 units are available in both open air and epoxy clad submersible models with a variety of options in both materials of construction and inlet and discharge ports.
Although the air powered diaphragm pump eliminates ignition from electrical motors and internal combustion engines when pushing flammable fluids there is still the possibility of static electrical charge build up on the outside of the unit. The diaphragm pump now provides a solution through the use of conductive thermoplastic compounds in combination with proper grounding techniques. Conductivity of the outside wetted parts is gained through the blending of micro filaments of stainless steel within the thermoplastic. The volume resistance from any metallic clamp or fastener to the grounding lug (provided on the band clamp) on the diaphragm pump has been factory tested to be less than 1000 Ohms.
The Serfilco HE chemical pump is capable of total resistance, both internally and externally with its non metallic construction of all wetted components, choice of seal assembly and elastomer materials. This chemical pump has an enclosed centrifugal impeller. Engineering type plastics provide application to a variety of matter which would be corrosive to other materials of construction. The totally enclosed impeller allows this chemical pump to operate at peak horsepower efficiency across a broad range of operational flow and head requirements. Double mechanical seal model requires water lubrication of seal faces and allows it to be used for solutions containing abrasives, high salt concentrations and electroless plating solutions.
